JA programs are delivered free of cost to schools.

Personal Finance (Grades 9-12). In this JA Program, volunteers help develop students' personal money management skills by exploring key elements of personal finance such as spending wisely, budgeting, saving, investing, and using credit.

Students learn about the importance of planning their financial decisions, the importance of making and keeping a spending plan, and preventative methods to limit potential losses.

In 2020-21, programs are delivered virtually with the classroom teacher present.

JA provides volunteers with online training, materials and support to make your volunteer experience fun and meaningful.

Just a few hours of your time can transform the course of one person's life.

The process is fairly simple. Register online using the following link and you will be contacted shortly.  Please note that all volunteer applicants are carefully screened according to our policy.
