- Registered non-profits and charities can register to promote their voluntary opportunities;
- Individuals looking for volunteer opportunities can apply directly with non-profits for opportunities listed on the Impact Hours website;
- Impact Hours provides information about volunteer opportunities in the community and related information to website users; and
- Impact Hours seeks to promote volunteering for a stronger, more caring community.
Use of Website
You are solely responsible for, and assume all liability regarding (a) the information and content you contribute to the site and (b) your interactions with other users through the website.
You assume all risk when using the website, including but not limited to risks associated with any online and offline interactions with others.
You will not use the website for, or to encourage, any unlawful purpose, nor post or transmit on the website inaccurate, incomplete or false information; nor will you post or transmit on the website any libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material.
You will promptly report to Impact Hours any violation of the Agreement by others.
By registering with Impact Hours, registered non-profits and charities agree to the terms of the Community Agreement. Impact Hours in its sole discretion shall determine your compliance with the Community Agreement and the above and shall have the right to prevent you from using this website and/ or delete your account from the website immediately and without prior notice any material that it deems not to comply or to be objectionable for any reason.

The Impact Hours website contains links to external websites as a convenience to you. Impact Hours accepts no responsibility for or liability in respect of the content of those sites. Impact Hours should not be taken as having reviewed or approved such sites or their contents, nor does it warrant that any links to such sites work or are up to date. When registered non-profits and charities register with Impact Hours or login to the website, a user name and password will need to be used. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of the password, and for any activity that occurs using your account username or profile. Let Impact Hours know immediately if you believe your password is in the possession of someone else or if it may have been used, or is likely to be used, in an unauthorized way. Impact Hours accepts no liability for any unauthorized or improper use of disclosure of any password.
Aggregate Information
Impact Hours may gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to this website to help it determine what is most beneficial for its users and how Impact Hours can continually improve its online services. Impact Hours may share this anonymous aggregated data with selected third parties to assist with these purposes. Personal data is processed by Impact Hours in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Impact Hours makes no representation or warranty as to the final terms and duration of any volunteering appointment facilitated and / or obtained through the Impact Hours website.
