The Canadensis Botanical garden Society (CBGS) is a not-for-profit charity of volunteers committed to the creation of an international calibre botanical garden in our Nation's Capital, Ottawa, on a 34-acre site within the Central Experimental Farm (CEF). Our vision is: “Canadensis is a magical  botanic place where visitors can enrich their lives with unique learning experiences that excite and stimulate the senses.”

We are presently in need of volunteers for the following:

• Website and Social media management;
• Assistance on various committees such as fundraising, communication, membership, events and programming;
• Gardening assistance from May to October at the Canadensis garden site in the CEF;
• Construction assistance for the installation of a unique sunshelter structure from April 15 to October 15
